Leather Covered Chain Nose Band

This Leather Covered Chain Nose Band is 1 1/2" wide and is covered with thick suede leather. It is traditionally used on young schooling Paso Finos. The chain provides a "bite" if needed, but is very mild and gentle when hanging on the nose leaving no marks or soreness. Compare it to a chain bracelet on your wrist in feel and weight. The black suede leather hides the chain from people who do not understand it's purpose and how gentle it really is when used properly. The leather also lasts much longer and looks nicer than wrapping the chain with vet wrap.
