Leather: The leather for these saddles are tanned with the color in the tanning solution. It is thick and heavy and substantial. When rained on, the color comes back because the leather has an oily base. Good Stuff. 

Synthetic Materials: The skirt is made of a leather look material. The front and back of the seat, the pommel and bar, and the flaps are made of fabric covered neoprene. These synthetic materials are made here in the USA by Weaver. The neoprene material is the same as is used in the Weaver Smart Cinch. Comes in Black or Brown.

Bars made of Leather and foam to conform to your horses back yet gives the saddle a little twist to stop that "riding a barrel" feeling. Stiff pomel for rider support in three widths to fit any size of horse. Stiff 4" Cantle to support the rider. Determine your Seat Size by going to the Sizing Chart.  A 16" seated saddle is 23" long. Without stirrups, leather saddles weigh 16-19 pounds depending on size. The synthetic saddles weigh about 12-15 pounds depending on size. The saddle comes with a cinch or girth, and nylon latigos or billets.

1.  Measure your horse for wither width and determine Gullet size. Do not order wider than you should.

2. Determine your options.

3. Send in the order and pay for your saddle.

4. Wait. Your saddle may take up to 10 weeks to deliver depending on manufacture back up.
